The Contemporary Art Centre of South Australia welcomes school groups from Years 8-12 to visit our suburban gallery site and to discover and critique the contemporary arts in our exhibitions.

The CACSA exhibition program includes a variety of visual arts practices and concepts from local, national and international emerging and professional artists’. The contemporary art in our exhibitions incorporate a range of multimedia and visual specialisations, such as, installation, sculpture, painting, video, performance, and sound, among others.

The CACSA runs a unique education program with real educational benefits. We offer school groups guided gallery visits and classroom presentations that give students and teachers the freedom to develop and exercise their own independent learning outcomes. Our program empowers students and teachers with the knowledge and skills to look at, understand and talk about art. We provide you with the fundamental tools for your future arts learning and development.
